2 block of houses to be built in center of West Auckland with short- time framed given and outstanding outcome.

Dining Restaurant Conversion - Fitout Design
We approached this project carefully in processes of Resource and Building Consent Application. Essentially, client requires a conversion from Take-away business to Dining restaurant. As it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. We loved working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

The challenges came with one title under 3 existing units with tight conditions of planning rules. Our team has done a great jobs to convert this 1 freehold section to 3 including conversion of 2 main dwelling to 2 (total 5) with Resource and Building Consent approved in the same prerios of time with less enagement of multi consultants.

Home and Income Conversion
As one of the best method of investment - Client came to us with an idea of adding a kitchen to expand the possible income to the property. Planning rule is tight for some region and end the term of "minor dwelling" recently since 2017 AUP. However, with new rule applied to Mixed Zone our team solved this conversion to two by rapid design/ application to Council within a month time. The building consent process is a crucial step in any construction project. It involves submitting an application to the local council, which includes detailed plans and specifications of the proposed building work. The council will then review the application and ensure that complies with all relevant building codes and regulations. Once the application is approved, the building work can commence. It's important to note that the building consent process can be complex and time-consuming, so it's recommended seek professional advice and assistance to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.
